commercial MLS). I also, email
over 3500 commercial agents mostly
in California but across the US that
I have had contact with before over
my years of experience.
Lastly, I run a reverse search for
agents looking for property like
yours and call them. Being
proactive in a very passive industry
has served me well over the years.
